When do
we ship?

 

 Orders received by 2:00 p.m. central, Monday thru Friday for in stock items will be shipped the same day.

Orders received after that will ship on the next working day.

Services

 Standard Overnight:  Delivered to you the next business day after we ship (business days are Mon thru Fri).

2nd Day:  Delivered to you two business days after we ship (business days are Mon thru Fri).

Express Saver:  Delivered to you three business days after we ship (business days are Mon thru Fri).

FedEx Ground shipping:

For shipment to a residential address,

  • Use the map below for transit times
  • Working days are Tuesday through Saturday
  • The day after we ship is the first day.

For shipment to a commercial address,

  • Use the map below for transit times
  • Working days are Monday through Friday
  • The day after we ship is the first day.

Signature
Required?

 "No Signature Required" is standard for all FedEx services (new policy as of Sept. '05).  The delivery driver has discretion as to whether to leave the box without a signature.  If you want us to write a note on the box, such as "leave on porch", we've provided a blank in the checkout form for this.  Insurance for shipping is in effect even if your package is left unattended.
 
   

US
Post Office

 The US Post Office works great for those who are not at home to receive packages and who aren't comfortable with FedEx (or UPS) leaving packages unattended.   Post Office shipping time is usually three working days or less, but there is no tracking feature. 

We use the post office exclusively for shipments to Canada and all military addresses (APO and FPO).
