for International Buyers

Orders
|
International orders can
be placed through the website via our secure shopping cart.
Payment can
be made using PayPal (this is the fastest because payment to us is
immediate) or by sending us a money order. If you chose to pay us via
PayPal, you can pay us from your funded Paypal account or use
your Credit Cards
through PayPal. You don't need a Paypal account to pay us. If you
chose, you can pay us with an International Money Order. Just select
your preferred method at checkout.At checkout, choose:
"Order by PayPal Online"
(for PayPal payment or Credit Cards through PayPal)
or
At checkout, choose:
"Pay by Money Order"
(for Money Order or Cashier's
Check)
International customers (except
Canada), paying with a credit card, must check out using PayPal. To make
a credit card payment through PayPal, click the "If you do not have a
PayPal account" button and proceed. PayPal will verify and process your
credit card and we will receive payment through PayPal.
We don't accept
direct credit card
orders from outside the US, Canada, territories and APO/FPO.
Orders placed through the shopping cart will
each be personally acknowledged via email.
Orders' merchandise is held pending receipt of payment
by PayPal or money order. Upon receipt of funds, order will be shipped
immediately by US Post Office
International Parcel Post (Airmail) and a confirming email will be sent.
This is the only shipping method we will us on International orders.
Our prices do not include any costs you may be
charged for duties, fees, tariffs, etc., imposed by your country upon
delivery.
We are not able to provide any information about these
expenses you may incur. We suggest you consult your local
authorities.

Order by PayPal Online: We accept payment from most of the 45
countries which PayPal has endorsed. After placing your order with us, you will be directed to PayPal
for payment. You can pay us using your PayPal account or pay us
using a credit card through PayPal.
International customers (except
Canada), paying with a credit card, must check out using PayPal. To
make a credit card payment through PayPal, click the "If you do not
have a PayPal account" button and proceed. PayPal will verify and
process your credit card and we will receive payment through PayPal.
After we
receive payment, we will acknowledge your order / payment and ship
it via US Post Office International Parcel Post (Airmail). If we
do not receive full payment within 24hrs, your order will be
cancelled.

Pay by Money Order: After placing your online order with us,
we will acknowledge your order. Then you must send payment to us by
International Money Order, payable in $USD only, along with a
printed copy of your order acknowledgement. After we receive
payment, we will acknowledge your order / payment and ship it via US
Post Office International Parcel Post (Airmail). If we do not
receive full payment within 10 days from placing your order, your

We don't accept

Shipping
|
The only option we
offer for shipment to international destinations is the US Post
Office International Parcel Post (Airmail). This is a 4 to 10
day service. Total time does not include time in the
destination country for final delivery, customs, etc. We
cannot apply for insurance for a lost package until 30 days after
shipment. We will not mark your package as "Gift" or otherwise alter
shipping documents, so please don't ask. All duties, fees and
tariffs are your responsibility.

Returns
|
We will accept returns
from international buyers if they arrive within 30 days of original
shipment. Store credit will be issued for the product's full
value (sorry but no credit is given for original postage costs).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

Warranty
|
The prices we charge on our website are geared
toward sales to customers in the United States. The
prices/profit structure is such that we offer very liberal terms for
exchange/return, warranty support, etc in our own country (and
Canada), but due to the higher shipping expenses involved with
international customers, we are not able to provide any shipping
costs to correct any product warranty issues (for either returning
the product to us or sending the replacement product). In
summary,
All costs for shipping to correct a product
warranty issue are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Other Customer
Support Issues
|
Due to the same reasons as stated
above, we are not able to provide any help with regard to the cost
of returning merchandise for any reason: fit, quality, usability,
etc.
All costs for shipping to return products for
ANY REASON OF DISSATISFACTION are solely the responsibility of the
buyer. |
