Shipping

Most items are sent by the Australia Post Express Post service.
This can take up 48 hours to east coast metropolitan areas and slightly longer to rural and other areas. You will be provided with your Express Post reference number. Please note that it is not uncommon for this number to not appear in the Australia Post tracking system until after the package is delivered.

We only ship to Australian addresses.

Returns

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Faulty products may be returned for repair or replacement. Please contact us first for return authorisation at sales@rockymoto.com.au.

If you change your mind within the first 7 days we will accept returns of your item in 'as new' condition. The item must be new, unused, with complete original packaging for refund. We cannot refund delivery charges. Please contact us at sales@rockymoto.com.au before returning the item.

Please ensure that you use a trackable return delivery service and include your name, address and a daytime contact phone number (or a copy of your invoice) with the returned item.
